Italian Chicken Sausage (Hot)
2 cans
crushed tomatoes with basil (28 oz)
2 cans
tomato paste (8oz)
2 wholes
eggs
1 1/2 cups
gluten-free bread crumbs (Ian's)
4 TBs
fresh parsley, chopped
3 cups
fresh spinach, chopped finely
6 cloves
garlic
1/4 cup
avocado oil
1 to taste
salt and pepper
1 pinch
Red pepper flakes (optional)
NOTES
Make sure to make meatballs small so they cook through. This makes a big batch so you can freeze half, or cut the recipe in half before making it.
