spinach
1/2 a
red onion
1/2 cup
feta cheese
1 whole
Granny Smith Apple
1/2 cup
bacon crumbles
2 cups
walnuts
8 tsps
maple syrup (1/2 for walnuts. 1/2 for dressing)
1 tsp
cayenne pepper
1 tsp
cinnamon
1 tsp
dijon mustard
1/2 cup
Apple Cider Vinegar
1/2 cup
Avocado Oil (Olive oil will work also)
NOTES
Put each salad together individually so you can control the volume of ingredients based on your nutritional needs and likes/dislikes. The ingredients that need to be tracked are feta, bacon, and walnuts.
