have an icing knife and a bench scraper. i used my bench scraper

to cut the cookies and my icing knife to move them to my baking

. this knife made it so easy to move rows of cookies at

if you don't have these tools - just use a long knife to cut

heat oven degrees. line 8-inch square baking

knead mixture 4-5 times in bowl until dough forms a ball

pat dough evenly into pan. use overhang to lift
