Tomatoes, fire-roasted

Vegetable broth

1 cup

Quinoa

1 tsp

Chili powder

Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper

Olive oil

  • Don’t double. Use beef broth. Kroger fire roasted tomatoes.

  • I like to make chicken with this recipe to add protein and make it more filling. I just cube, season and pan fry chicken to add on top of this.
