have kids color the plastic lid

trace a circle onto a piece of paper. i used a bowl that was 2.5" in diameter

cut out the outer circle. fold the circle in half and cut out the inner circle

cut out the orange foam into the shape of a carrot . attach to the using glue dots

cut felt into a long enough to wrap around the bottle

make another of felt and tie it in a knot. fringe the end

add your paper donut shape over the lid of the water bottle

enjoy your marshmallow dispenser
