This really is THE BEST steak! We like to use filet mignon or the beef tenderloins from Costco. We have tried cooking it the popular way with garlic and fresh thyme but actually like it better straight up--so good!
Wow! We don't cook steak very often, but when we do it will be this way. It's the closest thing to a Ruth's Chris steak that we have ever tried. So good!
