Super easy,, great flavor! I did swap out sugar for Stevia to keep them low carb and served over cauliflower rice. The green onion on top really was worth adding!
Family favorite. I usually double the sauce and add sliced mushrooms when the beef is almost done cooking. Adds more texture and tastes delicious. Left overs are even better!
It was fast and yummy...I’ll just have to double the recipe for my family if 5 next time.

I used ground turkey instead of beef and it was still delicious.
Both my 11 and 6 old loved it. Input just a tad bit less red pepper flakes just because I knew little were going to be eating it and man its great. Will definitely making again.
