pretty much to warm up food so i don't see why you couldn't warm up casserole in it.. but fried chicken is a ?.. not sure but could always try it

from what i have heard & read .... anything you put in the microwave can be heated in this. i haven't had mine long enough but i do plan on trying to heat a lot of different foods in it
