of diced or crushed tomatoes (I love it with either!)

red onion, thinly sliced
2 cloves
garlic, minced
1/2 cup
balsamic vinegar
1/2 tsp
each of basil, oregano, and garlic powder
salt
pepper
zoodles (optional)
NOTES
Use Petite Diced Tomatoes with Garlic and Olive Oil, minced Vidalia onions, add 1/4 c of chicken broth, cooked on low for 17 minutes and NRP
