Tasty and not overwhelmingly lemony (I don’t like lemon desserts that much). Used a standard 12 muffin tin, cake flour, and milk and had to bake well over 30 min (probably 45 min) to get any browning on the top and for them to get cooked through. Would like to try it with AP flour and a grainier sugar on top.
