plus 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa

flour

baking powder

1 tsp

salt

For shaping cookies:

1/4 cup

granulated sugar

cooking spray

For Peanut Butter Buttercream Frosting:

1/2 cup

butter, room temperature

1/2 cup

peanut butter

1 tsp

vanilla

1/2 tsp

salt

1/4 cup

full fat sour cream

3 cups

powdered sugar (or more to desired consistency)
