little extra flour to coat the steak

size envelope of lipton's beefy mushroom soup mix
2 cups
water

bell pepper

cut the beef steaks into size pieces and dust them
1 serving
put the meat back in the gravy and turn it way down to a slow simmer. simmer until the meat is tender

serve over rice
