QUICK STEAK and GRAVY

INGREDIENTS

beef steak

2 tbsp

vegetable oil

1 tbsp

flour

1 serving

little extra flour to coat the steak

4 servings

size envelope of lipton's beefy mushroom soup mix

2 cups

water

1 serving

bell pepper

1 serving

cut the beef steaks into size pieces and dust them

1 serving

put the meat back in the gravy and turn it way down to a slow simmer. simmer until the meat is tender

1 serving

serve over rice

note: some people have said they not find lipton's beefy mushroom soup mix. you can also use lipton's onion soup mix
