to make the pastry

step 1- in a food processor/stand mixer add the flour

step 2- place the dough into cling film and pop into the fridge

step 3- pre-heat your oven degrees c and line 2 baking trays

pizza cutter to cut out pop tart

step 5- place the individual onto the lined baking tray and brush some dairy-free milk over half of the the cut pastry square edges

mixing bowl and whizz up until smooth

step 2- add in the vanilla extract

step 3- place a of the cream filling in the centre of each square

step 5- pop the pastries into the oven and bake

step 1- place the icing sugar into a bowl and add enough vanilla and dairy-free milk to form a paste

step 2- spread some of the glaze over each poptart and top

you could even use sprinkles
