shelled edamame beans

Organic NonFat Greek Yogurt

2 tbsp

lime juice

garlic cloves, minced

1/4 cup

red onion, diced

1/2 cup

fresh cilantro

jalapeño pepper, minced (optional)

2 tbsp

green onions, minced

1/2 tsp

salt (more to taste)

1/4 tsp

freshly ground black pepper (more to taste if needed)

1 tbsp

olive oil

Serve with healthy, organic, chips (about 100-120 calories per serving) - I used Late July
