place the garlic in a food processor and process until minced. add the butter and blend until smooth. add the olives and pulse quickly to only rough chop them; you want the olives still in visible pieces

spoon the butter on a of wax paper. roll the paper while forming the butter inside into a log shape. keep the log of butter in the refrigerator and use as needed. you can also make 4 smaller rolls and freeze them
