vanilla extract

2 1/2 cups

certified gluten free old fashioned rolled oats

2 tbsp

flaxseed meal

1 1/2 tsp

ground cinnamon

1 1/2 tsp

gluten free baking powder

1/2 tsp

ground nutmeg

1/2 tsp

salt

1 1/3 cups

cup gluten & dairy free milk substitute (I used coconut)

optional toppings of your choice: raisins, nuts, chocolate chips, blueberries, dried cranberries, etc.
