Grilled Shrimp with Brown Butter and Rice

adapted from coupon cooking cook

brown rice

1 3/4 cups

water

1 cup

peas

shrimp

olive oil

ground pepper

butter

bring water to boil in a saucepan

1 cup

microwave peas in water

1 serving

while the rice and peas are cooking

1 serving

in a bowl add the shrimp

1 serving

mix the shrimp in

1 serving

add half of the brown butter to the rice and gently mix it together

1 serving

add the rice to a dish

1 serving

drizzle the remaining brown butter over the shrimp and rice
