Philly Cheesesteak Stuffed Shells

INGREDIENTS

lean ground beef

2 tbsp

butter

small yellow onion, diced

small green bell pepper, diced

2 tbsp

ketchup

 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1/2 tsp

Kosher salt

1/2 tsp

fresh ground black pepper

8 oz

cheddar cheese, cut into small cubes (divided)

24

jumbo pasta shells, cooked

1

tablespoon cornstarch

1 cup

milk (I used whole)

1

 cup beef broth


NOTES

  • Use small shells (half a box) and make a pasta with hamburger helper or substitute Campbell’s cheese soup with pasta instead of making the cheese sauce. Could also cook the meat and eat it sloppy joe style. Chop the onions and pepper really small
