milk (I used whole)

NOTES
Use small shells (half a box) and make a pasta with hamburger helper or substitute Campbell’s cheese soup with pasta instead of making the cheese sauce. Could also cook the meat and eat it sloppy joe style. Chop the onions and pepper really small
