Brown Sugar - 2 3/4 cups (white sugar is fine but brown is so much better)
ClearJel - 3/4 cup (this is NOT sure jel or pectin)

Ground Cinnamon -

Ground Nutmeg -

Cold Water -
2 1/2 cups
Unsweetened Apple Juice -
1/2 cup
Lemon Juice -
