honey

old fashioned rolled oats

2/3 cup

white whole wheat flour (or all purpose flour)

1/4 cup

shredded sweetened coconut

1/4 cup

light brown sugar

kosher salt

plain yogurt (I use non-fat Greek)

cold unsalted butter, cut into small, thin pieces
