1/4 cup
sharp cheddar cheese

cayenne pepper
NOTES
Substituted minced dill pickle for the capers and sriracha for the Asian chili paste but only used half the quantity it called for.

It was flavorful, not too intense, and definitely not like the bland tuna sandwiches I had growing up. Husband liked it and said the recipe would have been good with chicken as well.
