half and half (equivalent to 2 cups) – you can sub whole milk.
Salt/pepper,

dried Italian seasoning

Parmesan, shredded

Asiago cheese, shredded (can also use more Parmesan instead)

mozzarella cheese
3/4 cup
spinach, finely shredded (optional)
