butter. be careful to watch it and stir constantly so you don't burn it. take the pan off of the stove as soon as you notice the butter browning

quickly add /113g of milk

4 ozs

cream. stir

1 tsp

vanilla extract

4 ozs

sugar to the mixture and beat again until smooth

3 ozs

all purpose flour

5 ozs

sourdough starter and stir

1 serving

set this bowl of batter aside

2 Tablespoons

sugar

1 tsp

cinnamon

1 serving

pour batter over apples and sprinkle the top
