September Sourdough Surprises - Cornbread

i love cornbread

so when sourdough surprises chose cornbread as the september challenge

i first thought i'd make a somewhat cornbread

the batter comes together super easily. and

the starter is quickly refreshed

slow the starter's ability to do its job

then onto the pre-heated waffle iron

to produce golden delicious corn-filled goodness

the results were colorful
