sourdough pate brisee pie crust recipe

in a bowl whisk together the flours

gradually stir in the starter and fold in

turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface

preheat the oven to 450f

remove one disc from the fridge and roll it out into 14" round circle

place the pie on a rimmed baking and place in the oven

remove the pie to a cooling and allow to cool
