sourdough starter

golden raisins

1 cup

candied fruit mix

1/2 cup

brandy

1 tbsp

lemon extract

1 serving

i substituted regular fruit

2 1/4 cups

unbleached flour

1 tbsp

sugar

3/4 tsp

salt

1 tsp

orange zest

1 tsp

lemon zest

1 tsp

ground cinnamon

1 large

egg

5 tbsp

olive oil

1/4 cup

water

1/2 cup

slivered blanched almonds

1 serving

butter

1 serving

powdered sugar

1 serving

i used cranberries

this should take minutes. when the dough comes together

add in the fruit and mix it

sprinkle flour lightly on the counter and transfer the dough to the counter

1 serving

sprinkle the top

1 inch

roll the dough in the center only

turn the dough seam side up and tuck additional slivered almonds and fruit under the dough flap

let cool
