sourdough starter

olive oil

salt

let the dough rest

preheat the oven to 450f

roll the dough out onto a flat round shape

1 serving

prebake the dough by sliding the dough into the oven

1 serving

remove the pizza crust from the oven and rub a but of olive oil on top of the crust to keep it from getting soggy
