the night before i ed out 1/2 cup of starter into a glass bowl
1 cup
add of all purpose flour
1 cup
at a time
1 ball
mix until the dough forms. add amounts of additional flour if needed to get to a smooth elastic dough
1 serving
place the dough on a cutting board
1 serving
cut the dough into two parts
1 serving
cover the dough shapes and walk away
1 can
the next morning
