INGREDIENTS

24 oz

frozen shredded potatoes

salt and pepper

12

eggs

2 cups

half and half

1 tsp

season salt

1 1/2 cups

cheddar cheese, grated

1 1/2 cups

pepper jack cheese, grated

2 cups

chopped ham (Or your preferred meat, sausage would also be great)


NOTES

  • We just follow the egg and half-and-half part of the recipe. We omit potatoes for low carb option. We sometimes sub 1 lb ground breakfast sausage for bacon. And we add rosemary and thyme to it (about a tsp of each, but you can do more or less to taste). And we just use plain old cheddar.
