cheddar cheese, grated

pepper jack cheese, grated

chopped ham (Or your preferred meat, sausage would also be great)
NOTES
Much more ham. Very good. Did 1 cup heavy whip.

We just follow the egg and half-and-half part of the recipe. We omit potatoes for low carb option. We sometimes sub 1 lb ground breakfast sausage for bacon. And we add rosemary and thyme to it (about a tsp of each, but you can do more or less to taste). And we just use plain old cheddar.
