INGREDIENTS
chorizo - 4 ounces (lunchmeat thinly sliced or can use the cooked sausage links chopped finely)
cream cheese - 4 ounces (light)
mozzarella cheese - 1/2 cup grated or thinly chopped (light)
chicken breast - 4 boneless and skinless halves
bacon - 8 slices depending on how large your chicken breasts are. (can also use turkey bacon)
Steak Seasoning - 1 teaspoon ( or can use freshly ground pepper and a little ground garlic powder)
parsley - optional (1 tablespoon finely chopped to garnish)
