Tomatoes, fire-roasted with juice

White onion
2 cups
Chicken stock, good-quality
1 tsp
Salt
1 tsp
Cumin, ground
1 1/4 cups
Enchilada sauce, red homemade or store-bought
NOTES
Good, easy to make. Needs some spice or flavor, was a little bland. Add in 1/2 to 1 tsp of chili powder & make sure to add cumin.
