NOTES
Cashew Chicken Lettuce Wraps. Made these 5/10/12. Super good. A few variations: I doubled the sauce but not the sugar or ground red pepper. And actually used red pepper flakes instead (it was all I had). Used low sodium soy sauce and grilled the chicken instead of frying it in the oil. Used about 1/2 T. Canola oil to sauté the onions and garlic. For next time: diced celery in the sauté? Top with chow main noodles or fruit salsa?
