next cut your ribbon into 25" pieces. make sure to seal your ends. how many pieces you need depends on how many strips of tulle you used in your tutu. i cut 110 pieces of ribbon

make sure to choose thread that matches your ribbon. thread your sewing machine

the ribbon should have a slight curve to them
