Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast (cut into cubes)
and 1/3 Cups Long Grain Rice
and 1/3 Cups Chicken Broth
Fresh Broccoli (cooked)
and 1/2 - 2 Cups Mild Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Subbed with brown rice and cooked for 15 minutes. Subbed with unsweetened plain almond milk. Stirred in steamed broccoli and no cheese. It was great!

Recipe made enough for 2-3 people with a small bag of leftovers. I would double the recipe in the future.
