by pressing a batch of cookie dough into a 9x pan i save the time of shaping cookies and i can bake up the batch of cookies at one time

if you want you even take one more time saving step and make up a double batch of dough and freeze half of it in a ziploc bag while you bake up the other half

to bake up the dough simply take it out of the freezer several hours before you want to bake it and then squish it into your by 12 pan and bake
