balsamic vinegar

rinse quinoa under running water if it is not prerinsed. combine quinoa and water in a saucepan. bring to a boil

cook bacon in a non skillet until crisp. remove bacon a reserve. add enough olive oil to the skillet to equal 2 tablespoons when combined

heat oil over heat and add onion and apple . saute

stir in quinoa and salt
