INGREDIENTS

pot to 350-375 degrees

pour whipped egg in a pan sprayed

allow egg to cook on the bottom side and then flip and cook on second side

remove from pan and chop up in pieces

cook green onion in the same pan

add celery

pour yoshidas and water in the pan

cook vegetables

drain if there is excess liquid

add egg to the vegetables and mix in

pour 2 tbs of vegetable and egg mixture into egg roll wrapper
