This was a yummy, fairly easy dinner. I made it in my pressure cooker earlier in the day and let it sit on warm until we were ready to eat. The meat was so tender and yummy! I lightened it up and only added 1/2 cup brown sugar and no oil. It was still delicious and had the perfect sweet flavor for our family.
Gotta love a quick and easy meal! Everybody ate it!
It’s really good but soooooo strong. A little goes a long way with the rice. I think I might use a little less sugar and less soy sauce next time

Waaaaay too much soy sauce in the recipe. Add half (or less) of what it says and don’t completely brown the meat in the beginning and it will turn out great
Easy and fast! Be sure to use low sodium soy sauce or reduce the amount of regular. Good with quick pickled onions, shredded carrots, and crispy wontons as toppers.
Quickest meal, which is nice and it tastes good, meat falls apart. There is a lot of sugar in it so I would try to minimize or use a substitute. Paired it with rice and sautéed brocolli and carrots.
