Gluten Free Oat Waffles (Ridiculously Awesome!)

INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 cups

Oat Flour (if you have a food processor and some oats you can make your own flour – just put 2 cups of oats and let it go until it looks like flour!)

1 tbsp

Baking Powder (aluminum free)

Salt

Eggs

1 cup

Milk (non dairy is perfect, I use almond – but dairy milk works too!)

2 tbsp

Maple Syrup

2 tbsp

Coconut Oil (feel free to sub in olive oil if that’s all you have)

1 tsp

Butter

1 tbsp

Maple Syrup

Banana sliced

1 pinch

Cinnamon
