Easy and delicious!
I loved how creamy it was even though I didn’t have half n half, I used regular 2% milk and it came out great! I also added a little more tortellini than it called for.
Our family loved this!!! Between the sweetness of the sun dried tomatoes and the creaminess from the cheese tortellini it’s a favorite in our house!! I also didn’t have tomato soup so I used diced tomatoes and I think I will do it again! Definitely a go to recipe now!!
