sugar-free tomato sauce

large (or 2 small) eggs

1 1/2 cups

freshly grated parmesan cheese - reserve 1/4 cup for topping

1 1/2 tbsp

fresh oregano leaves

3 tbsp

fresh basil leaves, chopped

3 tbsp

fresh parsley, chopped

3 cloves

fresh garlic, finely minced

1 tbsp

onion powder

1/4 tsp

black pepper

3/4 tsp

sea salt

Optional: additional tomato saucw, parmesan cheese and fresh basil for serving.
