Cheesy Breadsticks from Sourdough Discard

sourdough discard

olive oil

flour

salt

yeast

water

parmesan cheese

mix flour

knead minutes then place in an oiled bowl and cover

on a floured surface knead the dough minutes then roll out to 7 x 13". cover

you trim the edges of the dough to be more square. i used my scraps by braiding them into one breadstick. next cut the rectangle into 12 strips

place the twisted dough on lined baking spray

place a pan of water in the bottom of the oven and bake the bread at 400°f

next time i might try a garlic herb butter to brush on in place of the olive oil
