I made this for a teacher luncheon at my kids’ school. The salad was great. I ended up making a quick poppy seed dressing instead of the apple cider dressing, as i didn’t care for it as much as I thought I would.
Just delicious! Didn’t use the dressing but a perfect mixture of ingredients.
