Cinnamon Apple Homemade Poptarts

almond flour (can use 1 cup oat flour with 1 cup almond flour)

3/4 cup

tapioca flour

1/4 tsp

sea salt

1/2 tsp

baking powder

1 tbsp

coconut sugar

1/4 cup

cold butter, cut into cubes

egg (whisked*)

3 cups

apples (came out to about 3-4 large apples for me, peeled & diced I used bramley, but you could also use granny smith)

1 tsp

vanilla extract

1 tbsp

fresh lemon juice

1 tsp

cinnamon

1/4 cup

honey or maple syrup
