in a little mixing bowl

fill the tortillas

grease a baking dish

place the rolled up tortillas into the baking pan

add butter to a saucepan. whisk in the flour

remove the saucepan from the heat and then add in the greek yogurt and chilies

pour the sauce over the tortillas

bake in the oven

we devoured the pan and this was all that was left

enchiladas are one of my favorite foods. i could eat them
