Butter, unsalted
NOTES
I use this recipe for cookies but a different recipe I will add for sour cream frosting below. 1/4 cup unsalted butter (room temp) 1/3 cup sour cream, 2.5 cups powdered sugar, pinch kosher salt, fresh lime juice to taste. I cut a lime I half and used about half to three quarters quick from that. If it gets too runny add a little more powdered sugar. YUMMIEST FROSTING
