after dinner dave and i of salsa. this was the first time we had ever made salsa and it was a bit runny! we didn't strain the tomatoes. but it still tasted yummy

here is the recipe i used this time from hgtv gardens... i doubled this... and don't forget to strain the tomatoes

bell peppers

1 1/2 cups

4 cloves

garlic

parsley

1/2 cup

cider vinegar

1/4 cup

lime juice

1 rack

blanch your tomatoes in water just long enough that their skins start to c and slightly peel. then immediately put them in ice water. remove the skins

1 pint

ladle salsa into sterile leaving 1/2” headspace
