Canning Green Beans

i put a movie on and set to work breaking beans

after i got them ready

then covered them

i added a of salt to each quart jar then tightened on my lids to fingertip tightness

i processed my green beans in my pressure canner at pressure )

lid buckling... gotta let it cool slowly

then i removed the from the canner and set them on a folded dish towel on the counter to cool... and to listen to the ping! of each successfully sealed jar

from my bushel of roma green beans i got of

beans... and enough left over
