Rotel, drained ( i used mild), or 1 can 10-12 oz enchilada sauce, or half of each*

Sour cream or 8 oz cream cheese, low fat or regular
Can be served as an appetizer or main dish. This recipe has become a family favorite with a Mexican theme meal or alone. Super easy and a fun way to eat a meal!
