NOTES
we use medium firm tofu, 2 wood ear fungus (mushrooms), and canned bamboo shoots. we also doubled the chili paste, sesame oil, and soy sauce.

Wow! Better than my favorite takeout joint! Staying in the rotation for sure! Using on my WW plan for low point meals.
Very tasty, easy and quick! We used authentic wood ear fungus, which are the traditional mushrooms for hot & sour soup. And believe it or not the kids liked it, including the tofu and bamboo shoots.
